Mia Drennan – Managing Director and Founder

Mia formed Square Mile Connections in 2005 having developed a long career within the banking, financial and professional services industry. Her last role was as Head of Global Structured Finance at BNY Mellon, she has also worked within Citibank, Simmons & Simmons LLP and KPMG. Mia also gained an upper second BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services.

Mia is married and has a daughter. Her hobbies include running and networking!

 

 

 

 

 

Rebecca Mooney – Head of finance and banking

Rebecca Mooney has worked in recruitment since 2000 and joined Square Mile Connections in September 2007 heading up the banking and finance division. Rebecca returned from maternity leave in July 2010, having had a little girl called Gracie. Before Gracie arrived Rebecca did extensive travelling to Thailand, Australia, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru & Uruguay and has also completed a Spanish course for beginners.

Rebecca is fun-loving and motivated and when she has made her millions she aims to retire and travel the rest of the world!

 

Tilly Palvig Ostroff
Tilly has a studied Marketing and Economics in Copenhagen, and has taken the REC exams. Tilly started in recruitment in 1999 and joined Square Mile Connections in 2011 on the banking and finance team, building strong working relationships with new and existing businesses. When not recruiting, Tilly enjoys Reading, cooking and spending time with friends and describes herself as being outgoing and light hearted. If Tilly had all the money in the world she would throw away her alarm clock!

 

 

Regina Tang – Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Regina has been with Square Mile Connections since January 2011. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Arts (BA)– Double major: Political Science and International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Regina feels her strengths are in her organisational skills and love for paperwork!

Regina’s hobbies included travelling and shopping. She has said if money was no object she would travel the world with her friends and family.

 

Tina Goodhart – Chief Operating Officer

Tina has been in recruitment since 1997 and has worked various sectors within the recruitment field. She joined Square Mile Connections in July 2011 and is working closely with the management team on the development and structure of the business.

Tina is married with 2 children, she would love to say she has hobbies but apart from squeezing in the odd half marathon she does not really find time for much else!
