We have a large portfolio of clients from large international bank and organisations to smaller independent firms, whatever the size of your business we offer the same high standard of service throughout. Square Mile Connections is a solution based firm, our aim is to make hiring easy for our clients in what can sometimes be a limited market place for talent.
Our work ethos is to work very closely with our clients, so we can thoroughly understand the needs of the business and the hiring managers involved and come up with suggestions and solutions on how they can attract top talent.
We see the hiring process as a major investment for Clients and give it the same diligence and attention that you would expect for a major asset purchase. We view each personnel hire as an investment opportunity for our clients and we feel that each one should be measured against its potential financial impact on the balance sheet, whether revenue generating or cost saving as opposed to cost incurring!
We also significantly invest and reinvest in our staff training to ensure that they are up to date with the latest issues in the financial market place and are able to advise accordingly.
We invest in thorough pre-screening selection techniques when compiling short-lists and our team are trained to carryout competency based interviews to ensure that the candidates are credible and have the right blend of skills for the role in question. Furthermore we ALWAYS meet all of our candidates to ensure that they are fully briefed on the role, team and organisation prior to any meeting.
Square Mile Connections is entering an exciting time of growth and continues to grow with staff numbers increasing to reflect client demand. The Company is looking to expand overseas, Middle East, China and India being fairly high on the list as we link up with our global clients.
In addition to a satisfied base of international clients, candidates express their satisfaction through testimonials and more importantly through referrals across the sector. Since 2005 we have exceeded the expectations of several hundred clients across many industries, disciplines and locations.
We work in partnership with our clients to ensure we are supplying the right people to the business, our aim is to provide a shortlist of a candidates which are all skilled to do the role but are segregated by personality fit.
We work on permanent, temporary and contract positions, UK and internationally at all levels from Junior to Board.
Whilst still fairly young as a recruiting firm, Square Mile Connections has the right mix of attributes to support its clients with their entire search, selection and recruitment requirements.
