Square Mile Connections is a boutique and fast developing search and selection firm who provide a quality service to the banking, financial and legal sectors in the UK and Internationally.  As the business is growing we are now in a position to recruit a Search Executive who is looking for their next step in their career by way of growing our well recognised client base as well as developing a sales team based in the London offices.  Square Mile Connections has a growing team of researchers who are office and home based as well have exciting plans for growth.

We have a strong client base who have recently been enquiring into new areas they would keen for us to supply, one of those is HR.  We are now keen to develop the Square Mile Connection brand to encompass this new division and to do this we need an experience HR recruiter.  Ideally you would have worked in HR recruitment within the London market and looking for the chance to be in control of your working day.  This is an opportunity for someone to grow and develop their own desk within our business, you will be able to liaise with the current clients to build up your client base as well as look to bring on new clients.  You will ideally be someone who is driven by success and the long term view would be to establish the HR division and grow a team beneath you.  There is no time limit on this, so it is purely down to your success as to how quickly the team start to grow.

• Previous HR recruitment experience
