Square Mile Connections is a boutique and fast developing search and selection firm who provide a quality service to the banking, financial and legal sectors in the UK and Internationally.  As the business is growing we are now in a position to recruit a Search Executive who is looking for their next step in their career by way of growing our well recognised client base as well as developing a sales team based in the London offices.  Square Mile Connections has a growing team of researchers who are office and home based as well have exciting plans for growth.

We are seeking a professional Researcher who is keen to join a company where you can grow and develop your research skills, we have researchers based in our London office as well as home based part time researchers so we are able to offer the flexibility that some people need in their working and home life.

As a Researcher for Square Mile Connections you will need to be resourceful, able to work on your own initiative and be proactive.  We work with some of the biggest names in the industry on fantastic opportunities which are interesting and diverse. Our aim is to ensure the researchers understand the client base as well as the consultants and therefore be able to inform potential candidates of exactly what the role entails and be able to indentify from information gathered on the candidate search, what will appeal to the candidate to make them want to progress further.  In the future you can decide to develop your skills further within research or you may want to train to become a consultant, either way the scope is vast within Square Mile Connections and is based on your performance… not on what gaps in the company need filling!
