Square Mile Connections is a boutique and fast developing search and selection firm who provide a quality service to the banking, financial and legal sectors in the UK and Internationally.  As the business is growing we are now in a position to recruit a Search Executive who is looking for their next step in their career by way of growing our well recognised client base as well as developing a sales team based in the London offices.  Square Mile Connections has a growing team of researchers who are office and home based as well have exciting plans for growth.

You will be placing candidates in the Banking, Finance and Legal following the search process, you can expect to be headhunting, referral gathering, and networking with regular face-to-face meetings.  We are very luckily in the respect we receive a lot of referrals for clients and candidates but we do want someone who will be proactive in their approach.

As a Team Leader you will be ensuring the client facing team is focused and on track to achieve their goals and targets, working closely with all team members to ensure the clients and candidate receive a seamless service. Working with the management team to development your team members, as well as bringing new ideas to the table to grow Square Mile Connections in the future.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous recruitment experience in the banking, financial and legal sectors
• A good billing record
