Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an individual with strong experience of Client Portfolio Management/Client Relationship Management and solid knowledge of Conventional Debt products to join a leading international Bank.  The successful candidate will join an established team tasked with developing and enhancing existing client relationships and supporting the Company's growth plans within Conventional Debt.  This role will entail managing and developing a portfolio of clients, building effective client relationships and ensuring that clients are offered the highest level of service at all times.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of Conventional Debt clients.
  • Attending regular client meetings.
  • Providing support to clients and acting as a main point of contact regarding conventional debt transactions.
  • Monitoring transactions and ensuring that any issues are flagged.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.  
  • Working closely with the Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing operational support and assistance for the client portfolio to Operations teams, as required.
  • Ensuring that client feedback is recorded and that client queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

 Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience of Corporate Trust and Conventional Debt. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Conventional Debt related transactions.
  • Strong Client Service and Client Relationship Management skills.  
  • Understanding of relevant legal/transaction documentation.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
