Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within Global Capital Markets as Client Administrator, assisting with a complex portfolio of Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of a high net-worth private and institutional clients. Acting as point of contact for clients in relation to daily administration, maintaining daily contact to manage queries and facilitating client requests.
Our client is seeking someone with a keen interest in Capital Markets, who has previous experience administering a portfolio within Corporate Services / Capital Markets or Client Administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex portfolio of clients in UK and supporting Irish desk as and when required.
- CoSec duties across portfolio, understanding, minuting and distributing Board Minutes for Ltd Companies.
- Assist account representative(s) in revenue generating activities by providing appropriate recommendations, preparing documents for, and participating in meetings.
- Build and maintain client relationships with assigned client base, serving as primary point of contact for the client; make recommendations for services to correct and/or enhance the client experience.
- Resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Manage relationships with internal and external service partners; assess issues requiring immediate attention in a timely manner and work to resolve all other issues through the normal course of business utilising available resources
- Develop and maintain industry knowledge applicable to the business and demonstrate the ability to articulate that knowledge internally and externally.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to the administrative role
- Provide and maintain appropriate levels of controls to minimize losses
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and externa
- audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting would be ideal but higher education and/or work experience also considered, including a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience
- Previous experience in client/entity management
- Strong focus on client management/development
- CGI or similar qualification would be advantageous
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) beneficial but not essential
- Strong skills in IT/software applications, with ability to learn new applications
- Experience working in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build significant level of trust with clients
- Strong analytical ability / attention to detail
- Building/contributing to positive working relationships
