Overview:
Exciting opportunity to join an expanding, international Non-Banking Financial Institution. The successful candidate will join an existing team and will manage the administration of a portfolio of GCM (SPV & Trustee) related transactions. This role involves managing key client relationships, supporting financial structures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations across complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service across all touchpoints.
- Support the management and administration of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including coordination of entity setup, ongoing maintenance, and regulatory filings within the Italian Team.
- Apply working knowledge of Trustee responsibilities, including reviewing trust documentation, monitoring compliance requirements, and ensuring fiduciary duties are upheld.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk) to assess documentation and procedural integrity related to SPV and trust structures.
- Facilitate operational activities such as record keeping, reporting, cash flow oversight, and transaction execution in line with agreed timelines and legal agreements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and relationship management strategies, contributing to business development and client retention.
- Monitor workflow systems and documentation to ensure accurate data entry and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to account servicing, escalating as appropriate while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Attending client meetings and relevant industry events/networking as accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in a financial or fiduciary services role.
- Ideally have prior experience in a Trustee or SPV related role, including legal structure familiarity, compliance monitoring, and operational administration.
- Knowledge of reviewing or working with trust agreements and documentation would be beneficial.
- Experience interacting with legal counsel, investors, and financial counterparties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Italian Language - fluent in both oral and written.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Understanding of financial structures, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance principles.
