Overview:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join our Clients’ Structured Finance Team.  Based in offices in Dublin, the successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of Corporate Trust/Corporate Services/Aviation Finance related transactions/deals.  This role will entail managing/overseeing transactions from inception through to close.  Responsibilities will include acting as a point of contact for clients, negotiating and closing relevant transactions, attending client meetings and acting as an escalation point for client issues.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and closing of transactions where our client provides Corporate Services (including provision of Directors) or Trust and Agency Services etc.
  • Liaising internally with relationship management team and other internal operational and support groups throughout the lifecycle of the deal.
  • Attending client meetings and conferences as required.
  • Assisting Sales Team with business development initiatives and coordinating structured finance deal structures, depending on asset type.
  • Acting as an internal point of contact for all support groups surrounding deal closings.
  • Dealing with escalated client issues, ensuring that they are prioritised appropriately and resolved.
  • Assisting in training less experienced team members, as required.
  • Adhering to Company risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls.
  • Identifying risk-related issues and escalating to management as required.
  • Maintaining internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Skills/Experience

  • Previous relevant experience within Aircraft Finance and/or Corporate Trust and/or Corporate Services.
  • Experience of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)/Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) deal closure.
  • Proven experience in negotiating Structured Finance and/or aircraft finance transaction documents .
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Legal qualification beneficial.
