The successful candidate will join a growing sales team and will be tasked with generating new business and solutions selling.  You will have a solid knowledge of the financial industry landscape; specifically understanding of private markets, a strong established network and have familiarity/knowledge of the agency function such as facility agent, security agent, cash manager, calculation agent and ESMA Reporting. An understanding of asset-based facility structure and borrowing base management workstreams is also beneficial.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop existing clients in maximising growth potential and growing agency business
• Identify new prospective buyers across private credit funds, investment banks, regional banks, and asset managers
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects with a focus on revenue generation
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, qualification, opportunity nurturing, and deal closing
• Focus on assigned target accounts / segments in order to achieve/exceed sales targets
• Executing the agency sales strategy by working on target clients and creating account plans for each opportunity
• Attending client meetings and delivering sales pitches/negotiating at senior levels.
• Actively manage the CRM and ensuring sales activity is reported in a timely fashion

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in agency (facility agent, security agent, cash management) sales
• Strong agency related knowledge to include Fund Finance, Corporate Finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ESMA Reporting knowledge/experience is essential
• Ability to work independently to drive sales targets
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve/exceed targets within a sales environment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate the value-add of technology
• Knowledge of investment management in the private space is preferred but not essential

Our client is seeking someone with a keen interest in Capital Markets, who has previous experience administering a portfolio within Corporate Services / Capital Markets or Client Administration.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a complex portfolio of clients in UK and supporting Irish desk as and when required.
• CoSec duties across portfolio, understanding, minuting and distributing Board Minutes for Ltd Companies.
• Assist account representative(s) in revenue generating activities by providing appropriate recommendations, preparing documents for, and participating in meetings.
• Build and maintain client relationships with assigned client base, serving as primary point of contact for the client; make recommendations for services to correct and/or enhance the client experience.
• Resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner
• Manage relationships with internal and external service partners; assess issues requiring immediate attention in a timely manner and work to resolve all other issues through the normal course of business utilising available resources
• Develop and maintain industry knowledge applicable to the business and demonstrate the ability to articulate that knowledge internally and externally.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to the administrative role
• Provide and maintain appropriate levels of controls to minimize losses
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and externa
• audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting would be ideal but higher education and/or work experience also considered, including a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience
• Previous experience in client/entity management
• Strong focus on client management/development
• CGI or similar qualification would be advantageous
• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) beneficial but not essential
• Strong skills in IT/software applications, with ability to learn new applications
• Experience working in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build significant level of trust with clients
• Strong analytical ability / attention to detail 
• Building/contributing to positive working relationships

We are seeking a professional with a solid background in Asset Management, particularly with experience in the Loan Market Association (LMA) framework, to join this growing organisation. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and administer a portfolio of CRE loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation and records, including loan amendments and security documentation.
• Managing Cash management (cash flow modelling) & IPD reconciliations
• Monitor borrower communications, payment schedules, and covenant compliance to mitigate risk.
