Responsibilities include:

• Management of drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities.
• Generating and sending notices to Borrowers / Lenders, adhering to specific timelines/guidelines.
• Inputting all relevant data into company system.
• Receipt/checking of SSI’s and initiating call back process as and when appropriate.
• Fund flow management between Borrower/Lenders.
• Making payments, arranging foreign exchange transactions accordingly.
• Calculation and payment of principal repayments, interest, commitment and other fees to include PIK and non-pro-rata events.
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Dealing with transfers, ensuring requests are compliant with transaction documentation and collection of transfer fees.
• Knowledge and understanding of deal documentation and inputting into system, accordingly, responding to Borrower/Lender queries as appropriate.
• Dealing with any client queries / Audit requests in a timely manner.  Escalating any relevant matters to Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ongoing due diligence, monitoring any potential fraud, money laundering, and both financial and reputational risk to client.

Skills/Experience:

• Degree educated in finance / business desirable or equivalent level of Loans Admin experience.
• Circa 1 year + experience in a Loan/Agency related role, administering transactions/deals from an operational perspective.
• Working knowledge of Syndicated Loans/Bonds.
• Previous experience of working with SOLVAS is desired but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• A committed work ethic and the ability to operate with integrity.

This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in business development and sales (particularly within securitisation, SPVs, and agency services) to join an expanding organisation, and to play a key part in assisting with ongoing Company growth and development.

The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of structured finance offerings. 

Responsibilities include:

• Generating revenue by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts within the Structured Finance and Capital Markets sectors, including ABS, MBS, SPV Management, and aviation transactions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive business development activities.
• Identifying and building strategic relationships with key target clients and referral partners.
• Managing client relationships effectively, attending meetings and industry events to foster long-term collaborations.
• Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities to support continuous growth.
• Developing compelling proposals and pitch material tailored to client needs, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in shaping the business development strategy and contributing to the development of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Preparing and delivering business updates and market insights to senior management.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues, sharing best practices in business development.
• Staying informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging industry developments.
• Engaging in ad-hoc duties as required to support the team’s objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales within Structured Finance or Capital Markets, with a focus on securitisation and SPV services.
• Strong understanding of Structured Finance products such as ABS, MBS, and aviation-related transactions.
• Existing network of contacts within the Capital Markets industry in the UK, Ireland and/or Luxembourg.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong IT literacy with the ability to develop persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Degree level education or equivalent; familiarity with legal and transaction documents advantageous.
• Experience of working within a Corporate Service Provider environment is beneficial but not essential.
